Coaching for Individuals pretty much works
like this:
Start with a free, no obligation initial consultation.
Contact Deborah Der to set up a mutually
convenient time to talk on the phone.
If you decide to hire Deborah as your coach, you'll
likely begin with a two-hour Intake Session.
During this session, we'll design the coaching
relationship, get to know you better and outline
how we'll proceed. Time permitting, we'll do
exercises that support your objectives.
While you are not obligated to sign any long-term
contracts, lasting results usually happen over
time. Ongoing Coaching is on a month-to-month
basis. You'll receive two or three coaching
sessions by phone, as well as email support
and brief follow up calls in between scheduled
coaching sessions.
Coaching by the Hour: Under the right
circumstances, we offer one-on-one coaching on an
hourly basis. Coaching by the hour works well if you want
to discuss a specific issue, decision or plan that does
not require ongoing coaching.
