From humble beginnings . . . Deborah worked her way through college, started her business career in banking and finance, and by the age of thirty, earned the title of Vice President in a Fortune 500 company. While working full-time, she earned her MBA degree. She went on to work for one of the Big-Four accounting firms as a management consultant. A few years later, Deborah thrived as a senior business manager at an established software company in Silicon Valley, entering the excitement of the dot-com craze.
Experienced and educated . . . Deborah is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) headquartered in San Rafael, California. CTI is one of the pioneers of professional coaching, well respected in the industry, and the largest coaching training organization in the world.
Deborah also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Francisco State University and Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Twenty-years working in corporations enabled Deborah to develop expertise in the areas of finance, marketing, project management and business management.
Over seven years as a coach in private practice has helped Deborah to be more compassionate.
