Frequently Asked Questions
Dare to Dream Coaching
. . . Succeed on Your Own Terms!
Q: Is coaching the same as psychotherapy?

A: No. Coaching is collaborative. We brainstorm ideas and develop strategies.
Sometimes the coach shares personal experiences and stories - in service of the client. Coaching
is action- and goal-oriented, and you learn more about yourself in the process. We start from
where you are, talk about where you want to go and support you in taking actions to get there.
